Lori Jordan, Managing Partner
Lori Jordan is a managing partner at The Phipps Group, where she leads strategic development, capital advisory, and corporate growth initiatives for middle-market clients. She brings decades of experience in venture capital, corporate strategy, and investment banking, having served in senior leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies.
Before co-founding The Phipps Group, Lori held executive positions at Microsoft and Amazon, where she directed long-term business strategy and corporate development efforts. She also serves on advisory boards for major financial and development organizations, including Flagstar Bank and Chemonics, providing insight on investment strategy and organizational growth.
Lori earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree in business from Duke University. She is recognized for her ability to identify value in emerging markets, structure complex transactions, and guide companies through expansion, restructuring, and acquisition.
Justin Jordan, Partner
Justin Jordan a partner at The Phipps Group. He also serves as chief executive of Castle and King LLC, a government contracting and distribution company in the defense and aerospace sectors.
With multiple years of experience as a founder, Justin successfully scaled a seven-figure business in the defense and aerospace industry. He brings extensive expertise in deal structuring, strategic partnerships, and transaction execution—integrating legal, financial, and operational strategies to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions for middle-market businesses.
Justin holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University, is certified in negotiation and arbitration from Humboldt University of Berlin, and has also studied at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
